when I bought my house nine years ago, my son was nearly to incline three and I reveled in the security of owning my slice of the American dream. being a single mom was (and is!) both challenging and rewarding, but I knew that having a home to call my own was the best concern that ever happened to my son and me.
My house was ten years old-fashioned as soon as I bought it, and it was in excellent condition. Still, as epoch passed, a variety of issues cropped up. I think my showing off of handling (or not handling) house improvements is fairly typical for single women who own their own homes. Hopefully, my experiences will help you navigate the waters of home improvement. Here's what I've learned.
Having spent many years dealing out standard "bricks and mortar" type businesses, I didn't buy for one second the numerous heavily hyped, or worse yet, scam operations that touted the instant and astounding prosperity that fast paying jobs system could be achieved (often subsequently little or no effort required). while enactment my research as to which situation I would eventually pursue, this type of allegation became an instant trigger for me to disturb on to check out some additional "opportunity".
I mean, give me a break, if those claims were close to creature true, why would they part their "secret" subsequently anyone else? They would just execute their "magic system" and in terse order would have made every the maintenance that exists in the world...yeah, right!
